Set among the Lattari, the " Factory Pasta Gragnano ", 200 meters from the Spring of Gragnano, is the only pasta factory where they produce high-quality pasta with the knowledge and tastes of the past, in an extraordinary natural environment still untouched. The Factory has the honor of a wonderful view of the gulf of Sorrento, on the island of Capri, Mount Vesuvius, the Shrine of Our Lady of Pompeii and ancient access road to get to Amalfi. Visiting the factory, you can admire the walls covered with tiles from Vietri that recall the colors of the grain; Antonino " the Pasta Maker ", will explain some of the secrets of its 32 daily types of the "Real " and valuable Gragnano pasta . As if by magic in the show room of the factory will relive a historical period through photos, admiring the old tools used by the Pastai, precious keepers of secrets.
